  The manager is very unprofessional. Went in to get a plan started and the manager Lee started to harass me. I felt completely unsafe with him being there. Sprint is where I’ll be spending my hard earned money. I hope his bosses look into it.

  I have tried everything from big box stores to corporate stores and authorized dealer stores. This was by far the best experience that I have had with a wireless dealer and or provider. The staff here is friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied. I will be doing all of my AT&T business here even though I live in Sandusky.
