  I was left unattended for two hours while 3 employees serviced a couple customers the 2 female employees were to busy text g o. There cell phone and each time is say something id get excuse after excuse lie after lie . And the one guy who said he was incharge was so rude and had a terrible attitude and was saying how he'd say something else but he's not aloud to get mad . He was to busy hitting on his male coworker to get anything done.i left and switched service providers. Fremont Sprint store is the worst pho e store ever!!!

  Do you enjoy management that lies, manipulates and doesn’t know how to perform their job duties? Well welcome to Sprint on Sean drive, where manager Rashonda Cook will talk you into supposedly “good deals” just so she can make a sale, and please don’t trust her, she’ll get you to add devices on your account and quote you at an unrealistically cheap price!!! Rashonda also does photography on the side and has troubles with providing her clients the photos they paid for!!! You can google her name and check her reviews on Facebook just to prove that she is a scam artist that owes money up her ass and will turn her back to a problem that she’s sucked you into!!! Oh and watch out for David DeLeSerda. He enjoys backing up your phone onto his personal laptop and USB he keeps in the back, this is where he will store your nude pictures and save them in files! And it doesn’t matter the age! Young/old women ....HE HAS YOUR PICTURES!!!! AND HE ENJOYS SHOWING THEM TO OTHERS AND TALKING ABOUT IT IN DEGRADING WAYS. Please stay away from this store. Actually all together just cancel sprint and go to Verizon.
