  The person we spoke to was very nice and explained things to us so that we could understand. Checkout was a little long but it was an overall good experience.

  I walked into the store and asked the young lady in customer service, where I could find some angle iron. She told in the paint department. I told her angle iron would not be in the paint department. She promptly told me "Then go ask someone else." So I wandered down hardware, couldn't find any. So I asked another salesperson if he worked in hardware. He said "He** no, that place is a mess." Then he told me where to find it.

  You can usually find someone who knows what they're doing at this store... There are a couple of people and hardware, and a couple of people and lumber that have some knowledge...
